He oversees the product and engineering teams at ControlQore. He collaborates closely with JD, the co-founder and an expert in the construction industry. Together, they delve into the industry’s pain points, translating them into innovative software solutions.

Eric is a Co-founder of ControlQore. He has spent the last 16 years in entrepreneurial and investment endeavors with several successful exits. The largest of which was the development, construction, and operation of three assisted living facilities. This resulted in the care and management of 129 residents and 105 staff. Prior to this, he managed several businesses in hospitality and service-related industries. Eric has demonstrated a history of strong business leadership skills in strategic and business planning, operations management, customer service, team building, market research and real estate development. He is an entrepreneur-in-residence at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology where he mentors budding engineering entrepreneurs to compete in the South Dakota Governor’s Giant Vision Business Plan Competition. Bryant Solomon is a Co-Founder of ControlQore and serves as the CEO for the company. His career in finance, accounting, and leadership inspired him to build a fintech platform that challenges the status quo of an industry. Most recently, Bryant has been the financial executive of a General Contractor firm. From this position he clearly saw the opportunity to shake things up in the construction finance world, and helped put together a team of individuals who could make it happen. His experience and passion for the product will drive value to our customers and stakeholders.
Caleb Smith is a Co-Founder of ControlQore and serves as the President of US Operations leading all revenue functions for the company. He owns the customer journey in working to build ControlQore from a customer driven perspective. Caleb holds a BA in Hotel, Resort and Hospitality Management and a MBA in Leadership. His background includes extensive work in technology sectors including EdTech, SaaS and market and brand research involving growth within new and existing accounts in building lasting relationships with customers. Additional experience includes: business development marketing, revenue operations and technology development. He brings both private and public sector experience working for Qualtrics, Kendall Hunt Publishing and the University of Utah. Caleb loves spending time with his wife Rachel and two daughters. He is an avid car enthusiast and loves to travel.
